Background:

Create a template from "from existing" option provided on the templte option.

To approve the template made from “from existing”

Please follow the following steps, for the work around:

1) Log on to eb Director

2) File > new >from Template

3) Classes> work order>IDC>IDC-01T>create

4) Work order1 is created > change the class of the WO i.e from IDC to CTREV( or any )> save it > refresh>

5) Make a copy
6) The copy of WO ie WO2 is opened> change the class to IDC> save it >refresh

7) System admin> classes> work order> IDC> from existing > drag and drop the copied work order i.e WO2 > finish

8) Change the class of the work order (ie WO2) temporary to CTREV for eg.> save and refresh.

10) Go to the template created >approve it > save it.
