Enable the log for eB Index Listener Service.To allocate enough space on the file for data sample , it is recomended to change maximum size to 2048 or higher to avoid the log file to fill up/ overwrite to quickly: TIP: To reduce the number of entries in the log file, you can turn off the services that are not related to the item you wish to be traced. For example, if tracing FTR, turn off all eB Services except eB Index Listener Service, eB FTR Service, eB Storage Service and eB Zero Configuration Service. 2. Re - start the Index Listener Service using the Service Manager in eB SMC. 3. From your Windows Start menu, Go to Administrative Tools ----- ComponentServices. 4. Navigate down the tree as shown in screenshot below until you reach “Enterprise Informatics eB”. Then Right Click on "Enterprise Informatics eB" package and select “Shutdown”. NOTE: Later versions of eB (Post eB15.4.1) label the package as "eB Insight" instead of "Enterprise Informatics eB" 5. Run steps to reproduce the issue you want to trace. 6. The generated log files are located at C:\ProgramData\Bentley\eB\Logs\Trace OR C:\ProgramData\Enterprise Informatics\eB\Logs\Trace. Systems that are upgraded from earlier eB versions might have these log files at C:\Users\All Users\Bentley\eB\Logs\Trace folder. The log files will be named eB.Service.Index.log and eB.Service.IndexListener.log
