I have also seen user site specific relationships classified as Custom Relationships. The classification label - just as with any label we use to classify objects is there to add context to the information stored within that classification level. Here we are trying to make a distinction between those relationships that eB ships with out of the box, the Inherent Relationship with those that are created for a unique site, e.g. Custom Relationships or Explicit Relationships. In all the cases I have seen, the user specific relationships are their own class at the same level in the hierarchy as Inherent Relationships.
