Problem
View Cafe (running the web viewer) runs perfectly on production, Will not work on test server. Launching files is OK.
Solution
Running debugall.bat bombs out 2 of the debug dialog boxes.
From command prompt, change directory to C:\Program Files(x86)\Bentley\eB\Shared\Webviewer
Running the debuag services manually by running the following commands:
AppService -debug
CoreService -debug
DHService -debug
LicService -debug
The results on this occasion showed that there is a license violation.
You cannot use the same licenses on production and test. Please log a Servive Ticket to request a test ViewCafe license.
