Problem
eB:Single Sign On is still displaying the logon page.
Using a quicklink to a document, user is being presented with the logon page, as opposed to automatically logging in with windows credentials. The same is happenning when browsing to eB in Internet Explorer.
Solution
Firstly, if the web server is connecting to an eB Application Server that has more that 2 communities, the logon page will always be displayed, unless the community is specified in the web.config file.
However, if this works for everyone apart from an individual user, then the cookies may have been corrupted. eB has no control over the cookies once they have been set, so this is likely to be an environmental issue. To resolve, from within Internet Explorer options, delete the cookies first, and if that fails, then also delete the temporary internet files.
