Hi Natalija, I managed to get this error today. The problem happens with QuickLinks out of eB and also emails that eB sends to users. You can be logged into eB and it gives you the error but it also happens if you aren't logged into eB. This has only started happening since we moved to v15.6. Is this a bug? Is there a hotfix? At the moment, the workaround is to click on the Follow Link button, then the user will come to the usual eB front page logon screen, click on Log In and then they are taken to the document in eB. That works - but our users cannot keep having this error, we need to fix it really. Many thanks, best wishes. I have more screenshots if needed.
