I was doing a quick search on IIS on internet that shows that you can restrict mime types for files served by IIS, what I don't know yet is if you can do it for files uploaded. Using eb solution as event handler is going to be better for sure but need extra maintenance as it is configurational change on server for both DMZ and LAN. There is no problem using DB event just precaution and I would say expert help (Bentley consultants) who worked on customization and creating events would be easy.

Forum Post: Can't add link to a tag documents in published html
Hello everyone! I've stacked into a small problem with Publisher. We have Tags, each Tag has its own range of Documents, each Document may have or may not have attached files. If we select some Tags in Explorer and Publish these Tags we get an html page with report. Tag page contains the table with documents, but Documents names are not links, so, we can not go to Document's page and view the attributes of any Document. Below you can see the result of html generation for one document (one row in table Documents for Tag). Working documentation Document name Not Approved Draft Global So, we also tried to set options for Tag in Publisher Package options: we selected all parameters for Tag, but it didn't make any changes. My question is: can we somehow make links in table of Tag's Documents? Our expected result is shown below. Also Publisher is not seemed to export Documents of each Tag.

Can you try to publish using CHM output format instead of html. I've tried on my back end and as in your case, HTML format publishes only headers of related objects. XML output format seems to work as expected and all data on objects gets extracted and xml structure is used when creating CHM file type output.

Forum Post: Duplicate E-mail notifications
Hi Team, Can you please tell me in EB what can create multiple duplicate E-mail notifications for some users, and how to resolve this issue please? I have cleared the failed mail queue in SMC, with no success. If the issue is caused at the exchange server level why does it only affect EB mails? Thanks Stephane

Forum Post: RE: Duplicate E-mail notifications
Hi Gintautas, The issue happened before (about 3 months ago) for one user, and the only action I performed was cleaning the failed mail queue in SMC to fix it, but today another user is affected, and it requires more actions. I attached a screenshot of both E-mail, showing that they were sent at the same time to the same user. Thanks

Forum Post: RE: Duplicate E-mail notifications
This is not automated email and was initiated by someone from specific objects that is mentioned in content of this email. Both email were sent not directly to end-user but to specific outlook group. Could you check other users from this group and ask them have they received duplicate. If they haven't then it's something to do with users account in outlook. If they have received duplicates then we will have to do a remote session to check dB side and see do we have duplicate email jobs. Cheers

Hi Gintautas, It turns out that the name in the E-mail does not represent a group of users but a single generic user instead. I will advise to check outlook for the user inbox issue. Thanks Stephane
