File Container error

Error:

There is a common error faced when we try to create a change request and add a file into it as shown below:  
  
  

Solution:

We need to check and follow the below steps to remove this error:

1. Click on View > System Administration > Document (Expand) > File Container (Search if any)
   
   
   
   
   
2. If you have one, check the Change Request Extended Behavior as shown
   
   
   
   
   
3.  If you find “Create File Container from this Template” field blank, please select the suitable option from the drop down list and mark the check box under that as shown
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Once you are done with these steps, Please save it from Extended Behavior tab first and then refresh it.
   
   
5. Now when you try to add the file it will look like below
   
   
   
     

Now when you try to add a file, hope it will not should the same error again.
