The users not experiencing this issue, what is their email domain? The same or different? Is Crossrail the organisation where eB is running and notifications are sent from? Can you perhaps send me screenshot of the distribution lists and indicate which people are experiencing the issue? Do there users have permission on the documents being sent? Can you perhaps do another test for me. 1.) Open one of the documents being distributed to these users experiencing the notification issue 2.) Add a note to the document and email the note to one of those users. Let me know if they do get the email notification of the note. If not, check the queue in SMC and see if the job errored out. Lastly, what version of eB are they running?
