Forum Post: Navigation pane "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message

Hi Bentley and the Forum, One of my colleagues (not everyone) is getting this error. He has restarted but still gets an issue when trying to navigate in Web to the basket. Please could you advise? Many thanks, Julie
