Hello After further investigation the issue causing objects not to appear in the Basket was found. It was not related to browser version or Operating system. Objects name which was added to the basket was the cause. Long dash (–) was used in Objects name instead of normal dash (-). To fix this issue edit title manually or run script given below which will fix the issue for all Documents update documents set title= REPLACE(title,'–','-') where title LIKE '%–%' NOTE: Before running this script make sure that the issue is caused by a long dash as it might be related to other not supported characters.
