Solution: Login to Director as the system administrator Use the scope selector and change to Global (or the desired sub scope) Go to the System Administration screen Click the Security icon Expand the Roles node Click the Users role In the right hand main window, expand the Persons topic Search for the person to be granted access From the search result list, drag the person onto the Persons topic above
