 Problem Description:

Whenever we try to save Work Order Template’s attribute called “Facility Code”, it gives below error message:

Reason:

Under system admin when we mention the attribute type for “Facility Code” for Work Order and select “(local)” as database provider it shows the same error message.

It will try to run the query on local machine. Though we don’t have any database on local machine, it still shows Connection Successful but will give you no result.

Hence while saving the attribute “Facility Code”, it gives you such error message.
.

Solution:

Instead of using “(local)” under "String Attribute Definition Detail" window we need to select wither SQL server or Oracle as per requirement.
