Forum Post: Item Baseline Error

We have spotted a very serious anomaly with version 15.4

It can be replicated by doing the following:

1. Create a physical item
2. Attached an approved (Change Controlled) document to it
3. Approve the physical item.  This creates an item baseline with a single document in it
4. Raise a change request against the document and process it through to completion so that you get a new revision

When we have done this we find that the approved item baseline now contains the unapproved new revision of the document.

This means our approved baselines are being changed.
