Steps to Resolve Run eBweb and login as the user who will run the bulk import job. Go to the desired scope. Navigate to Bulk Import/Export Click Update Preferences for Bulk Transactions Select the desired Class of the Configuration Template Select the desired Template Name Verify the rest of the fields are valid Click the Update button
