This is ticket 7000390019 Details: When the documents are disposed of our users would like the green dot to move to black. The green dot at the top of the screen is due to the document being an approved, latest revision document, but gives no consideration to disposed of documents via records management. I understand that some organizations may want this to stay green (which I don't quite understand the rationale), but our users are confused as no files are associated. I would like to know a few questions: - Is there anyway to add a configuration setting to records management to allow this to change black once files are destroyed? - Is this already under consideration for a later release (like V16).
