A document controller here has alerted me to an issue where he adds a couple of documents to his basket. He then goes to the basket and clicks on the chekcbox next to one of the documents and then clicks on menu to distribute them via a transmittal. However, eB will actually include the other unchecked documents in that transmittal. It does not happen all of the time but happens every so often to our users. I am aware of a bug with the basket in 15.6 as the top checkbox to select all of the documents does not work but this is different - the user is 100% certain that they are only selecting the checkbox next to one of the documents yet both appear in the transmittal that is created. Please could you help? Has anyone else experienced this? Cheers, Julie :)
