Applies To Product(s): eB Information Manager Version(s): 16.03.01.193 Environment: N\A Area: SMC Subarea: Services Original Author: Gintautas Bajoriunas, Bentley Technical Support Group Problem Description After server upgrade from version eB 15.x to version 16.3 when linking Service to a community error message received: This Server cannot be added because another one with the same unique identifier (1, ServerName) already exists. This received when machine name has not changed. Restoring datasource on new machine with different name will not invoke error. Steps to Resolve In SMC after running upgrade scripts please do run Maintenance scripts. Running these scripts should fix this issue.
