Hello Patrick, When you run merge action does the job gets processed instantly or it sits in the queue with Ready status for a while? If job stays in queue with Processing status for 90-120 seconds then I would say it’s too long and also in this case modifying parameter ‘Reset interval’ would make no influence on performance, but if job sits in queue for ~50 second with Ready status and processing of the job takes other 10-20 seconds then that would be normal and setting parameter ‘Reset interval’ to lower number would increate performance of whole merge process. Modifying this parameter should not cause any performance issues on your app server and we never have seen any side affect after reducing the value.
