Hi, I think to configure NED Sandbox environment the best approach is to get Professional Services since configuring this environment will be out of support scope. Please open a Service Request in http://selectservices.bentley.com/en-US/. In the service request please include what you are trying to setup (A sandbox environment for eB NED). Professional Services might be able to provide a preconfigured test/training database already configured for NED. The SR will also include information about your current site environment/configuration that will help us with setting up this Sandbox environment, Thanks
