Unknown How to Avoid With any issue like this, please examine the txt file: C:\Users\ \IGC\x7_1\clientlog.txt On this occasion, the stamp is a red herring, the error will appear when saving any markup. The issue was that the default scope was set incorrectly. The eB configuration did not allow markups to be saved within the global scope, only the sub-scope. See Also N/A
